For any purchases from www.hysthetics.com can be returned within 14 days of the original shipping date of the item(s). All SALE and custom item(s) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Refunds will be in store credit.
In order to receive a refund or store credit;
- Your item(s) cannot be warn or used,
- Tags must be attached to the item in the same condition that it is received in,
- It also must be in the original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned;
- Anything on SALE
- Any custom made items,
- Gift Cards.
Unless if the item(s) received are;
- Wrong item(s) was shipped.
Exchanges are to be mailed back within 14 days of the original shipping date.
We will notify you via email upon arrival of your item(s). Once we have inspected and approved your refund, we will email you with a gift card for store credit.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
All orders are shipped through USPS. For any help with finding your package or information on lost or stolen packages contact USPS and they will provide you the tracking information which will also be sent to the buyer via email. We are not responsible for any lot or stolen package after it has been labeled and delivered with a tracking.
